I need hair advice? Getting haircut and need pictures suggestions!?

I have medium-brown hair and looking to get highlights, what color should i get?

And i'm looking to get it cut, i'd like it to be at least a little longer than shoulder length or shorter, and i guess thats it, any suggestions or pictures to match anything? I am 14 if that helps?

maybe you could try some strips of caramel

that may look nice against brown hair.

maybe you could get a little side fringe cut in.

and if you own straighteners use those, cos there's nothing hotter than a brunette with straight hair!!
