Highlighting bottom half of hair?

Ok so I was thinking about highlighting just the bottom half of my medium-brown hair and i was just wondering if anyone has ever done it, or has pix, or can give me some advice. thanks =]

i think that would be pretty cool and would make a very unique style and you would be showing your own personality and you never know if that becomes the new thing everybody wants to do

No offense I don't think that would look good. It will just look weird because a solid color will be on top and then all the sudden the bottom will be multi colored.....do a solid color instead.

That just might be kind of HOT! I'm a fan of brunnettes anyway, and highlights are always good. never seen it done your way, but I'd love to. Good Idea!

Lol well for me.

I bleached the top %26amp; dyed the bottom dark brown.

It's just the opposite.

Well it's cool %26amp; you just have to keep re-doing it and it might cost a little buck. %26amp; if you straighten it often it might start to break off so keep good care of it.

I think it could look really cool, but it also could look like you had highlights, and they grew out. I don't mean to offend you by that.
