I am trying to bleach my hair...?

I have medium brown hair, and I want to bleach it blonde. But light blonde. White blonde, even. What product would you reccomend, Manic Panic or the Special effects, and what volume? Will the toner help?

And do you have any suggestions for how much damage my hair will suffer, and if it will be repairable? What products would you reccomend to help?

This works great, and my hair is dark brown. If you are impatient like i am, the best thing to do is put it on your hair, then use a blow dryer till it becomes as light as you want. Use the conditioner it comes with after you are done to help with damage.

Stay away from manic panic. Buy an actual haircolor kit which says 'bleach blonding' or something about bleaching on it. The toner definitely helps. Or just use 30 volume hydrogen peroxide. Be careful though - if you leave it in too long you'll damage your hair, and it will start to turn unnatural colors (green, orange, etc)

Going from medium brown to white blonde, I would recommend going to a professional colorist. For best results, your base color may need to "lifted" or even stripped. Blonde is very tricky.
