Hair straightening?

I want to get my hair straightened at the slaon. My hair is medium long (for a boy) and I want to know usually how much it is and how long it lasts.

If you get chemical hair straightening it can cost $100 + but it will last until your hair grows out. You can continue to have your roots done, and that will cost less than the first time. If you wear your hair pretty short it will probably not be worth it, but if you keep it long, you can go for awhile with your roots growing out and still have a pretty straight look.

Ok, it stays for about 2-3 days, but it's REALLY REALLY REALLY bad to straighten your hair. I mean once twice ok but if its more than twice, it could damage your hair.

Well my friend Veronica has really thick curly hair and when she got her hair straighend, the curl came out in 2 days!! What i rip off!! Just dont get it done at JC Pennies ok hun!

Usually I would have to know what type of hair you have. Since I am a Black female I would get what is called a relaxer which would straighten my hair to better manage it. If your hair is the opposite of mine, and curly the process is different. In a good salon it would cost me about 30 to 40 dollars. If you get xtras like conditioners, trim it's a bit more. The relaxer would usually last me about 4 to 6 weeks.

it is very good i have straighten my twice now it's looks good just use a good brands like L-OREAL or GARNIER like that and i used L-OREAL it stays straighten till 3 to 4 months i think u should straighten u hair because i had no hair style because my hair was not good but after the straighting it feel so good my friends can't believe that i have such a hair (IF U USE A GOOD COMPANY or BRAND THERE WILL BE NO SIDE EFFECTS )

Why not get yourself a really good ceramic hair straightener?

There are some great ones out there. Look up the Sedu Hair Straightener. The price range is from $100-$130, something like that. That is alot for a straightener, but it comes with a warranty and alot of stylists prefer the Sedu. It works on all types of hair.

It will take you more time to do it everyday, but in the end you will have saved money and your hair won't be damaged from the hair straightening chemicals.

If you can't afford a Sedu, get a cheaper one like a Conair, its what I use now until I can afford the Sedu. I can't live without it!

Anyway, if you do decide for one, make sure it's ceramic.
